The Last Week

9:58 pm. I just wanted to write down how I'm feeling before tomorrow. Because tomorrow is the beginning of my sophomore year! :)

Let's go back in time a few days...

Last time I wrote was last sunday. Also the first time my friends came to church with me. To me it was a pretty good success because I introduced them to the life that is the singles ward. We just went to sacrament meeting and not the whole three hour shin-dig. Monday was spent hanging out with them again and I took 'em driving around but only in very secluded areas. Harmony did most of the driving out of her and melody and I found out quickly she is good at it. Being eighteen years old and not having licenses, I thought it would be helpful and fun if we went out and practiced. And it was. :)

Touched the Earth!

"Spongebob's Modern House"

Discovering Earth
(or rather laying on) {funnest day ever}

Just us...being us.
After that experience I suggested that we go get lunch. So what better place to go other than...?

:)

Good day for OJ's!

K, back to the week. I worked Tuesday through Saturday. (F my life) however it wasn't all bad. In spite of the seemingly crappy days. I hung out some more and we eventually went swimming in my grammy's pool. Also another fun, memorable experience.

Only took us two thousand tries to get it right :p

Oh, You! :)

"Froggy Legs"

Melon likes Cheez-its. I obviously find it hysterical.

Tonight was the first sunday devotional of the "official" school year. Also the first time I'd ever been to one. After church I took them home and hung out watching Ellen videos on Youtube before going home an hour later. At five I came back, changed out of my skirt and into jeans and tennis shoes. We were so confused about what to wear because it was Sunday and I thought home evening was tonight for some reason. So basically I show up in my jeans and tennis shoes while everyone else (must've been a thousand because it was our whole stake) was dressed in ties and dresses. I will mention that I could have gone home and changed, but I didn't want to make the drive. In spite of the semi-awkward situation, I still had lots of fun. :)

After yet another round of introductions. Melody turns to me: "Can my major be cowboys"? I busted up and covered my face with my hands with a huge grin. "Only you!" I said laughing.

Well I'm hoping I have a good first day tomorrow. I'm attending institute, English, and finally, Geology. Wish me luck!
