Movember..December!

Ya know, October lasted for like 30 minutes, I think November lasted for like 3. Crazy. So seeing how it's December tomorrow, I thought I'd write a post for November haha I almost forgot. The following information is brought to you by me remembering November in less than 3 minutes.

Alright so obviously we celebrated thanksgiving this month. This time we did something a little different. My aunt Nicole recently finished her house, so we had it there instead of at my great-grandmas. I'll admit that it sure was nice bc it never got hot or crowded in spite of everyone we had there.

Also, this year I went to Walmart for some insane black (Thursday)? Shopping. Yeah they had their sale on Thanksgiving, like about 90% of other major retailers.

So my mom and I waited for nearly 2 hours for one of these. We were also after an office chair for my room. That part was easy. It was only right st 6 did I really start getting nervous. People were tearing into Dyson vacuums and the mini suitcases before the allowed time. Cops were immediately on the csse. I've heard of people about killing each other just to save a few bucks. Geez.

Anyway about the tv: a test of agility and common manners to get there. American Horror Story: there were only 5. I knew it was gonna be a fight. So aside from people getting dangerously close to my personal space, people by us thought they could throw like clothes on one to essentially claim it. Haha that wasn't gonna happen. No way.

It was about 7 when a Walmart employee started gathering them up. Wait, what? Uhm where are you going with that? My mom was getting angry. He told us he was putting them at layaway. So we went to layaway. Luckily the other employees there were friendly and guaranteed us a TV just for coming there so quickly. So long wait later, we got it. Or rather my mom did. That's her Christmas from me. :D

Now onto the more recent happenings: November 29th will not only be the anniversary of George's passing, but also the anniversary of when my home caught fire. Love one another were George's last words before he died.

About the fire: only mom and dad were home at the time. My brother and I were working when she called us. To say I was embarrassed to pull up to 3 firetrucks and the entire neighborhood is a big understatement. Honestly, I didn't want to get out and face reality. But I also wasn't just gonna sit there either. All so surreal. It's just like yeah this ain't a dream. The cause: a propane tank in the shed. I don't want to talk a whole lot about details. Msg me if you want some.

Well, happy December and last week of class!
