SummERR Two Zero One Three

Well I graduated...my sophomore year of college! Two full years down and about eight to go! Haha maybe not quite that many. On a more positive note, we are now in the lovely month of May. And now my summer vaca is on!

Finals week wasn't as stressful as I had anticipated, but when it came time to take the exams...haha umm well it was pretty stressful. My average score on my tests so far is like a B-. Not terrible, but also not great. But hey that's all behind me now, and I just have to worry about when I work! :)

I have had a lot of down time (sort of). The friday of finals week was my first offical day off everything. I spent the day playing tennis with my buddy, Jay. It'd been so long since we played last that I had almost forgotten how much I had really enjoyed it. Tennis is my drug. When we were playing, we had gotten about two hours in and neither of us wanted to quit. I only had to when my mom texted me "Taylor Taxi Service! Can you take your brother to work?" Ya I guess that's my new name now.

With all of this down time, I've been able to catch up on my laundry and I actually got around to hard core cleaning my bedroom and bathroom. I missed my very clean room. And having all of my clothes clean. I pretty much spent all of Monday (yesterday) taking pictures and watching photoshop tutorials. I have been looking around and have found something I'm very interested in purchasing-Paint the Moon photoshop actions.

And I have also got pretty good at taking macro pictures. There was a rainstorm right before I took these. I have come to really enjoy the art of photography. :) I hope I'll be able to do it as a side job as I get older!

Derek and me have been getting more time together lately. :) I had him over for dinner last night. We watched Billy Madison with my family. Since it was Derek's first time, we held our quoting urges in. He enjoyed it, to say the least. There was a few times where he laughed harder than any of us. While we watched, there as a huge rainy/hail storm brewing outside. Earlier I had mentioned to him that I wanted a "Notebook" moment. So we're sittin there and we look at each other. "Let's go!", he exclaimed. I could only squeal as we ran out into it. We go into the middle of our little culdesac and locked lips. The hail felt like big boulders though! So we run back inside laughing, soaking wet and finish the movie. Awhile later, we took a walk a few times around the block. A great day it was! Wish I would've gotten some pictures after we ran into the rain though.
